• Process Serving. We have been serving process all over the United States for more than thirty (30) years. If a person/entity has fled the State, you do not have to find a company in that State to serve the papers. We have you covered. EAS also employs attorneys, who are not bound by the stringent requirements set forth by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) to serve papers.
   

• Court Appearances. Extreme Attorney Services, Inc. is located across the street from the Supreme and Civil Courthouses We have been making per diem Court appearances for other Law firms for more than twenty (20) years. It can make smart business sense to hire someone to make a brief Court appearance for you so that you can focus on your other work. For instance, when you are gearing up for trial, you should not have to interrupt your work to appear for a calendar call.

 

• Document retrieval and filings. Why hire another staffer to take care of these things or pull your worker off of other tasks when we can do this legwork for you?
